Delivery - Where, when, and how much will it cost?
We deliver throughout the whole of the UK. Our own drivers arrange all local deliveries in our own transport. For long distance deliveries we use a dedicated furniture carrier who liaises directly with our customers and arranges a suitable time. We deliver the furniture in to your home or conservatory by prior arrangement.
We also offer a delivery service throughout Europe which has proved popular for those furnishing overseas properties. Lead times can vary and not ALL destinations are possible, usually because of national import laws in some European countries.
Delivery lead times can vary. We carry stock of most of our ranges so that we can offer an immediate delivery service. However, every order is unique and often tailored to specific requirements which naturally extends delivery times.
Cane Furniture - These orders usually take between 7 and 28 days
Dining Furniture - Our dining collection attracts a wait of up to six weeks if the goods are not in stock in our warehouse.
Outdoor Furniture - Often the outdoor range can be delivered quickly from stock.
We endeavour to keep delivery charges at an absolute minimum despite constant rising costs. In some cases charges have to be made, based on the weight, size and destination of each order. A quote will be made at the time of ordering.
White Glove Service
For UK deliveries we offer a white glove service. The goods will be carefully unwrapped and assembled (where necessary) on site and then any wrapping will be taken away and disposed of using environmentally friendly procedures. The White Glove Service option is available at a premium.
