Standard Delivery Service £30.00
Delivery to any ground floor room in your home or garden, UK mainland only.
Premium Delivery Service £50.00
Usually a Two Man delivery service to any ground floor room in your home or garden, UK mainland only. Each piece of furniture will be carefully unwrapped and all packaging will be taken away and disposed of using environmentally friendly procedures.
White Glove Delivery Service £75.00
Just sit back and leave it all to us! As per our Premium Delivery service with the additional benefit of us assembling all of the furniture and leaving it ready for use.
We will always honour a refund if you are not completely happy with your purchase under the following conditions:
You must notify us via email of your wish to return the goods within 7 days of receipt and they must be returned to JB Furniture within 30 days of that notification. By agreement, we will endeavour to arrange collection of the goods where possible. Please note items must be returned in a saleable condition. This means returning the goods to us in their original condition, unused and in their original packaging. Once we have received the returned goods we will consider their condition before authorising refunds or exchanges.
You will receive a confirmation email from us when your refund has been processed. In this case, all refunds will include deducted return carriage costs where applicable.
Refunds will only be paid back to the original payment method. It can take up to 10 working days from receipt of the returned goods, depending on your bank.
