DELIVERY, ADHERING TO ALL COVID-19 LEGISLATION
We recognise the Corona Virus is still at large. Our staff continue to play their part in helping our nation return to post-Covid normality and as such work diligently to adhere to all government guidelines regarding safe and secure deliveries. This may mean slightly less flexibility than normal but we ask for your understanding if this affects your delivery.
Delivery - Where, when, and how much will it cost?
We deliver throughout Mainland UK. Where possible, we deliver via our own transport but we often utilise trusted distribution partners for our online orders. We liaise directly with all of our customers at every step of the delivery process via SMS or via phone calls.
We always endeavour to deliver orders within the quoted lead time. Lead times vary from 1 hour to 15 days depending on the stock situation and delivery postcode. The lead times on the zone guide below are for guidelines only. We currently average around 5 days.
ONLINE ORDERS - FREE DELIVERY OVER £250*
Unless otherwise requested, online orders are processed through our standard delivery service to the majority of UK Mainland postcodes. We are unable to offer delivery to postcodes in zone 3 illustrated below. If the order value exceeds £250, standard delivery is made free of charge*. Orders totalling less than £250 will be subject to a delivery/postage charge displayed in the shopping cart prior to check out. We aim to complete online orders within five working days of the goods leaving our warehouse but this may be extended during busy times and to postcodes illustrated in zone two below. Upon receipt of the order a confirmation email or text will be sent detailing specific order details. We subsequently contact our customers with an estimated delivery date and attempt to maintain constant communication.
SHOWROOM ORDERS - THREE DELIVERY OPTIONS
We usually deliver showroom orders with our own drivers in our own transport. Delivery lead times will be quoted at the time of ordering. Once goods have been received by our warehouse we notify customers that their goods are ready for despatch and a suitable date agreed for delivery. On the day prior to delivery we will confirm an approximate time and deliver to any ground floor room or garden. We endeavour to keep delivery charges at an absolute minimum despite constantly rising costs. Charges (where applicable) are calculated on the weight, size and destination of each order. A firm delivery price for showroom orders will be agreed upon at the time of ordering.
PLEASE ADVISE A MEMBER OF STAFF IF THERE IS ANYTHING THAT MAY RESTRICT OUR DELIVERY DRIVERS, SUCH AS LIMITED DRIVEWAY ACCESS, THIN PATHWAYS TO YOUR REAR GARDEN OR HIGH FENCES.
THE BOXES ARE LARGER THAN YOU THINK & WE WILL HAVE TO CHARGE FOR ABORTED, REARRANGED DELIVERIES.
Showroom orders for Garden Furniture that exceed £250 are delivered FREE OF CHARGE.*
Showroom orders for Conservatory Furniture are subject to a delivery charge due to their bespoke nature and different packaging methods.
Standard Delivery Service £40
Deliveries are booked in via telephone, text or email on an agreed date. On the day prior to delivery, our dedicated drivers confirm an approximate time slot. Delivery is made to any ground floor room in your home, or your garden in accordance with the delivery zones illustrated below.
Premium Delivery Service £80
Often a Two Man delivery service to any ground floor room in your home or garden. Each piece of furniture will be carefully unwrapped and all packaging will be taken away and disposed of at our cost, using environmentally friendly procedures.
White-Glove Delivery Service £150
Just sit back and leave it all to us. Same as our Premium Delivery Service with the additional benefit of us assembling all of the furniture and leaving it ready for use. But be warned, our drivers will probably ask for a cuppa with this one!
